Pencils are attached to the artist’s drawing arm and allowed free play to trace the drawing of another drawing in hand.
The drawing is presented unframed on a horizontal surface.
A hand-held magnifying glass is placed on the surface of the drawing.
5 sleeves, each with a pencil at the cuff, hang from a single bulldog clip on a nearby wall.
Sleeves are clipped to participants’ clothing at the shoulder before they examine the drawing through the magnifying glass.
Each participant leaves traces of their looking on the drawing.
